Every order lands in Orders
You’ll see who it’s for, where they’re collecting, its status, and the amount. A fresh order comes in marked Paid.

Make it, then Mark ready
Open the order, make it, and hit Mark ready — that shares your porch address with the buyer and tells them it’s ready to collect.

Meet somewhere else
Don’t want to share your home address? Choose “Meet somewhere else instead” and type a public spot — it replaces your address for that one order.

Mark picked up
When they collect, hit Mark picked up and the order’s complete. The customer pays the service fee on top; you keep your full price.

Move an order
Need to move a market order to another date? Open it and hit Move under Collection — the order number stays the same and the buyer is emailed and texted the new details.
